Terms and conditions of stay
These Accommodation Agreement Terms shall apply to accommodation contracts between hitaru ishibashi-tei (“the Facility”) and its guests.
These Terms govern all accommodation contracts and related agreements.
Guests must provide name, stay dates, and other required details when making a reservation.
A reservation is confirmed once payment is completed.
The Facility may refuse accommodation in cases including violation of laws, safety concerns, or disruptive behavior.
Cancellation fees apply based on the schedule below.
20 days prior: 20%
14 days prior: 50%
7 days prior: 100%
No-show: 100%
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Facility.
The Facility is not liable for loss or damage unless caused by negligence.
In case of discrepancies, the Japanese version shall prevail.
